Nozzle temperature control mainly includes a heater and a NTC sensor. When the heater is open-circuited, the nozzle cannot heat up, which will cause the hotend to be unable to extrude the filament, and the filament may be jammed in the heatbreak.TH board will detect the current of the heater to identify whether the heater is open circuit.
Below are the possible reasons that this HMS error occurs:
The nozzle temperature is very high, please avoid touching the nozzle.
Take off the front shell,check whether the heater connector is plugged tightly and whether the pin is detached from the connector.
Please refer to this wiki to disassemble the hotend,check the heater connection wire, if it is damaged, you need to replace the heater.
If the printer is printing, press the "resume" button after completing the troubleshooting.
