Nozzle temperature control mainly includes a heater and a NTC sensor. When the NTC sensor is short-circuited, TH board cannot get the right temperature of the nozzle, which will cause the heater to stop heating and the filament may be jammed in the heatbreak.

Take off the front shell, check whether the plastic of the two wires of NTC sensor is damaged and contacted.
